If there is no alert the icon won’t be shown. You can access the alerts page by adding reports/alerts at the end of your base_path/domain.

The data received is not parseable for datatables. Please check the server error logs for error details. If the have modified the report and ajax call is not failing then you need to check your modifications.

If no modifications, please check the MySQL only_full_group_by mode. It should be disabled.
