The error is from view file. Please delete all the files except .env and upload them again.

Once done you need to run theses commands

php artisan migrate --force
php artisan optimize:clear

No, settings are saved in database and they will not be changed. You can run command in terminal, please share with your server admin to know more about terminal or ssh access to run commands.
