Installer creates member role. I am not sure why you don’t have it. Is it new installation or you perform update? You can add member role from user roles page and set permissions of member.

Only SuperAdmin can write articles. New role, member or admin cannot write articles, only in connection with the settings. Articles can only be written in connection with the settings.

Hello, Since the version Simple Forum v2.0.0-rc.3 the registration and login does not work after the update! All other functions work! Uploaded all data several times and performed migration. The error is from wireui and it’s updated in the latest version. Please test the live demo to make sure if the issues local install or from script.

You need to update the files to latest version then run migration command.

I always have the same problem. When registering and logging in “Server error 500”, as described in the last text. I upload the update via an FTP program (FileZilla). I have had the problem since version 03. I can’t do anything wrong. I only upload the update and execute the migration.
