Adding The Refence No To The Email Subject

Can I add the REFERENCE NO to the subject of the email instead of the invoice no.? It is easier to customized the REFERENCE and then do a search if needed. Hope you can help.

Hello,

As I know the subject field is on the modal and you can change it as you want.

Hello,

Once you click the email on list page, system shows you the modal with customer email, subject and message.

If that's not, please take screenshot so that I can understand your query.
