For your information, referring to the manual, to add language, it's necessary to check the following directory too :
**\system\language**
I try to add 'nederlands' as language and I get the following error :
**Unable to load the requested language file: language/nederlands/calendar_lang.php**
in fact, some languages are missing in the **\system\language** directory.

Yes, you will need to copy the language files from the english folder and translate them. It applies to both `app/language` & `system/language`
*system has more language as framework has some but still it won't have all the languages.*
