how to add our own bank API for credit card and debit card payment and is it possible to connect payment terminal with the app so that after billing we will chose credit card payment it will automatically reflect in the credit card terminal

No. There is no option to communicate with terminal. You will need to manually charge and record at POS.
You can hire any local developer to help you integrate local gateway to the system. SMA POS only have Stripte, PayPal Pro and Authorise.net payment gateways as this moment.
