Hi support please send me instructions on how to add an other column "Brand" in items Menus, can i add an other field "code" on checkout menu and using it as a filter? Thank you

    I have checked. I checked in quantity of 10 for Test3 item and then checked out 5 and system show the balance 5. You can check the trails of item Test3.

    If that’s not what you asked, please let me know the step to reproduce the issue.

    Hi Saleem Please to find the final changes requested by customer.

    1. Split Category and Child Category on the “Items” exported file (see attached picture) (full name of child categories should be displayed.
    2. Delete items columns on the exported file as follows :(Symbology, track_quantity, alert_quantity, has_variants, variants). (colored columns on the attached file)
    3. Display Category, Child category, vendor under check-in &Checkout report (see attached picture)
    4. Put and incremental “Item ID(Code)” when creating new items or a checking & Checkout:(for example if first typed ID is: I.20.3.1 when create a new ID it will be I.20.3.2, I.20.3.3, ….)(see attached picture
    5. Enter category by Vendor when entering items, for example user will select Vendor then all related category to this vendor will be displayed.

    find all attached screenshots classified in order above. Please test all functionalities in demo server before downloaded to my server.

    The categories has no relation with vendor? How do you want this?

    For others, I am traveling and will need 2 - 3 days to check and update.

    Hi Saleem good to hear from you again, hope you are ok. you can start first with the first 4 points; for point 5,customer want to filter category based on vendor,because each Brand has its specified categories. this will save time to operator who will type items. Thank you

    Hello,

    Attached categories with vendor will required us to add the relationship between them. Let us if you add vendor field in the add/edit category then we can filter the categories for vendor. If this approach is okay then let me know I guess these all changes could take 2 - 4 hours costing around $100 to $200.

    Hi Saleem You can add vendor field under add/edit category, when i will add an item if i select Vendor it will display related categories and child categories:

    • Each vendor has at minimum 10 categories.
    • Vendor, Category and child category columns should be separated on the exported excel file. Ok for cost, you can start the job. Thank you
