Looks like your symbolic and real quantity was not sync that caused the difference. Is it happening to all products or only some?

I have tried to test but my result differ and shows correct quantity. Do you remember last action on the products or if you can provide step to replicate it on live demo?

By far, it happen to only one product in the video. How can we investigate this case further ? I can give access to my system server.

You can perform stock count to sync the physical stock with system.

It still happen for the same product. Although I made stock adjustment, I will have to do it forever. Because when I return the sale which included that product, the quantity of the product does not update.

I can’t guess what gone wrong with product. Can you let me know the exact steps to reproduce the issue? How did you add that product? I mean imported or from add products form. What was the action after that. I think, delete and add it back would help.
