Im guessing the problem is because the accounting method "LIFO".
If you ask why, because i have 2 license. I do a clean install on "Store A" and set the accounthing method to "Average Cost" and enable overselling. I keep checking the product report everyday to see if there is a product not sync between the sold and purchase and i found nothing.
And so i changed my accounting method on "Store B" to "Average Cost". It has been almost 1 month now and i dont see any non sync quantity between "Purchase" and "Sold". What i did on "Store B" was get all my product and quantity into excel and after my store closed at 9:00PM i check the product report for that day and sync it between SMA and my excel file everyday for about 1 month.
Note : I dont check my physc stock 100%, there are some product that missing but the "Purchase" and "Sold" is correct. So i just asume that someone stole it.

I didn't get what is the issue with LIFO. This method will sell the latest purchased product first. The accounting methods are just to calculate the selling products cost and set the purchase_items' quantity_balance field accordingly. If AVCO working fine then there should be any issue with LIFO as only the difference is the cost calculation. I will try to check it again and if you find anything, please do update me.
Thank you - EHAnswered**[Mian Saleem](/u/saleem)** I found out something yesterday, we can switch between "All Warehouse" and "Our own warehouse". The quantity is not sync when im on "All Warehouse" if i switch to "My Warehouse" it show zero quantity. I hope you can find the cause of the problem quantity not sync with this.

You can try to select the product on listing page and then Sync Quantity from page menu.
If still same that mean there are some records for other warehouse that might be deleted later.
Thank you - EHAnsweredI can guaranted you that we only have 1 warehouse. From the first time i install it, i deleted the 2 default warehouses and create a new one.
I will try your advice later if i have this issue again. Yesterday i go straight making an adjustment, just now i deleted the adjustment but the quantity is correct. - MSAnsweredHello,
That's quite strange, as both are symbolic representations, if there is only 1 warehouse the quantity for warehouse and all warehouses should be same. I will need to check this again. SMA is lacking in quantity trail/track of the stock movement that will be in next major release but it will be better to have full rewrite. I will check about this in future.

It won't be in near future as it will require quite long time to code all the functions in current version. I have't yet started it.
