Not sure what is wrong, when I try to create invoice, I receive 500 | Server Error

I am not sure what happened. It worked for couple of days then it is not working. I did not make any change to the server and it is basic cPanel hosting. I am not sure how to send private reply but changed mode of this message. Will this work? What information you need from my end to access the server?

It should work same as before it there is no change made. Anyway checking the error logs would be helpful.
You can enable
PRIVATE for Staff only
at the top right of reply section. The private reply will have yellow bg.Thank you
