Yes, support could be difficult. It's been more than a week and I asked the server details 1 week ago to help you check. I have no idea how to help here.

500 errors are internal server errors and could be due to various reasons including server software version, config and bad code. I can't helo without knwoing the error details.

Untill now only 1 log is provided that has only database errors and I replied you that might be logged before installaion.

If you want me help you, please let me the server details so that I can check for you. There is way for me to suggest wityhout knowing the cause. I hope you understand this.

We need details of 500 error. Most of the shared hosting uses cPanel and error log in public_html folder. Even not cPanel they still have to provide the error details.

I suggest using AWS E2, DigitalOcean, Vultr or any other cloud server provider. They off 2GB VPS for only $10/month. VPS setup could be probelm but there are services like laravel forge, ploi and serverpilot etc ploi.io offer 1 free server too.
