Please user proper setup. You can't access the IP, you should use domain name and I can't see the `.htaccess` file in your list. Please make sure that you have uploaded it.

I saw that you are using IP address to access your server. I want to access the server with domain name as IP can cause the 404 errors too.

If you enable the `Maintenance Mode` in settings then only owner group can login.

There is nothing wrong with SMA as it's showing the message that site is offline. Please read the documentation.pdf in your download.
