Please user proper setup. You can’t access the IP, you should use domain name and I can’t see the .htaccess file in your list. Please make sure that you have uploaded it.

I saw that you are using IP address to access your server. I want to access the server with domain name as IP can cause the 404 errors too.

If you enable the Maintenance Mode in settings then only owner group can login.

There is nothing wrong with SMA as it’s showing the message that site is offline. Please read the documentation.pdf in your download.
