How can I do so that when adding a sale (/admin/sales/add), the electronic mail is automatically sent to the client with his attached invoice, and if possible send a copy to us.

Hello,
There is no option for automatic email. The only emails that system will sent for shop module on new order and payment to customer. There is no option for owner/staff to get the email.
