    Hello,

Please check server requirements in the documentation.pdf

Your server error logs would have the details for the error, please let me know error details so that I can suggest.

If you need to enable app logs, you can change the log_threshold to 1 in app/config/config.php and then visit the error page again. Lastly check the latest error log file in the app/logs/ folder.

    Thank you

    Hello,

You have reported bug. It’s not bug but server issue to me.

I have asked you to ask question so that you will have option to add private reply. You can’t add private reply to bug report.

So please ask questions first and then add private reply with server details os that I can help you check. We can check your installation or server but that’s paid server. If you want, you can request installation service too. There is option to open tickets under your user menu.

    Thank you
