There is no option to set Reference Number sequence based on India Financial year.
Indian financial year starts from 1st April and ends on 31st March. So, if I use YEAR\xxxx format for Reference Numbers, then it fails on 1st January as the system resets the sequence. Ideally, it should reset the sequence on 1st April and the Reference Number format should be YYYY-YY\xxxx. For example, SALE\2019-20\0031 and the sequence on 1st April 2020 should be SALE\2020-21\0001
