Testing SMA4 – POS Module When opening an order and placing it on hold, it cannot be deleted from the open on-hold orders. The following error message appears:
Error!
The DELETE method is not supported for route pos. Supported methods: GET, HEAD.
Also, while testing the order suspension feature, it’s important to note that some orders do not get placed on hold — they either disappear or are not added at all.
