Details Not Active For Added Invoice Line Items

Click on + icon to add a new item on the invoice.

The details field (via the document icon) is not accessible.

The rows added initially work, whether the default of 2 or some larger number. It seems to be only the rows added via the + control that are broken.

Hello,

Thank you for reporting this. I will fix in next update.

If you need it urgent, you can edit `themes/default/assets/js/custom.js` and search for `fa fa-file-text-o pointer` then replace it with `fa fa-file-text-o pointer details`
