Bug If Quantity_Balance Diff 0 And Quantity Eq 0

in POS module, for a product, if the quantity_balance != 0 AND quantity = 0 there is a divide by 0 in site.php line 73 (function calculateCost()) and the application exists to a white page ! I have a customer who has this for 34 products in the stock; don't know why ... and what is the filed quantity_balance ?
