How does invoice printing work?
Printing is sent from browser to any of your printers. For Raw receipt printing, you will need POS Print Server.

Can invoices be printed directly after completing a sale?
If you use web browser then it will open print dialog. For POS Print Server it should print without browser dialog.

Does it support both A4 paper and 58mm/80mm thermal receipt printers?
Can invoices be reprinted at any time?
Yes, from list sales page you can print sale or receipt.

Is Simple POS suitable for complete inventory management? Can we easily track current stock quantity and inventory value at any time?
The list products page show the current stock. But if you wan to know the trail then Simple POS doesn't have such option.

Can we export sales, inventory, and purchase reports to Excel or PDF?
Reports can be exported to excel.

Does the Standard License include all of these features, or are any of them available only in the Extended License?
Yes, both are same only the usage is per licesne. You can refer to license page for details.

Are future updates included after purchasing the Standard License? If so, for how long?
The update will be available as long as you are supported. Each purchase comes with 6 months free support.

We are currently using an older version of Simple POS for our existing business.

Can we upgrade our existing old Simple POS installation to the latest version using a new Standard License?
Or do you recommend purchasing and installing the latest Sales Point of Sale & Purchase system as a fresh installation?
Will all our existing data (products, customers, suppliers, purchases, sales, and inventory) be supported if we upgrade?
Which option do you recommend for better performance, security, and long-term support?

Hello,

There is no option to update from v3 to v4. You can start fresh and import products, customers and suppliers from excel file. But there is no option to import old sales and purchases. You can try the live demo to get familiar first.
