Wrong Envato Username And Purchase Code

I am following the guide from pdf for installing the inventory pos system, reached in the stage of verifying purchase, after writing the Envato username and purchase code it gives me an error!

don’t understand why is that!

message: “Please make sure your Envato username and Item purchase code are correct (Error Code 001)”

Hello,

Please let me know your purchase code in private reply so that I can check.

You can add private reply by enabling the PRIVATE for Staff only at top right of reply section.
