Hi,
When creating a user at pos with definite group permissions it gives login failed when trying to login, but if i choose owner as group permissions the user enters successfully. I tried many times to change permissions but no successful results, i should make all users as owners to enter the pos. what is the wrong here?

No, you don't have to make all user owner that kill the purpose of having user groups and permissions.
Please share the error that you get at login for non-owner user.

Only owners can login if you set the mode to maintenance.
Please change the mode in settings and then try again.
