As there is no error message that mean your request is not reaching to our server and is being blocked by your machine. Please check your security module/firewall/antivirus if it's blocking curl requests.

I cant install last version because last version required php 7.4 and i have only 7.3

**[HAGGOUCH](/u/Sventekz)** Kindly upgrade your PHP version and ensure nothing is blocking curl request from your machine. You can temporarily disable Antivirus or firewall and do the installation.
