It’s quite confusing. You didn’t answer my previous question, Do you have SMA installed?

Please answer these so that I can guide you properly.

1. Do you have purchased Stock Manager Advance?

2. If yes, do you have SMA installed first?

3. Why are you access update, the update is manual procedure now. Where did you get the instruction to go to '/updatepos/`?

I haven’t installed yet. when i install MA it gives me a message “Update tool is locked due to missing files OR Stock Manager Advance is not installed. Please contact your developer/support”

You have to install. There is nothing to update for new install. I have attached the screenshot for installation guide.

Please let me know the purchase codes for i) SMA and ii) POS Module in private reply.

You can add private reply by enabling the PRIVATE for Staff only at top right of the reply section.

POS Module is just an add-on, not complete item. You need SMA https://codecanyon.net/item/stock-manager-advance-invoice-inventory-system/3647040 then only you can install the POS module and it’s clearly mentioned on the item page.
