I have purchased your software and I have following questions:

  1. I am not able to restrict a user from viewing the items from other warehouses. Eg: I have 3 warehouses and have different users for different warehouse. I want the user assigned to a particular warehouse to view and work automatically on the items of his warehouse only and not want him to view items of other warehouses.

  2. When I add a product as service, and I am not able to see that service in the POS without purchasing it. If i purchase the service for POS with certain quantity the i am not able to bill as it shows there is no stock for the service. Eg: I have added a service in products and when I bill for this service in POS i am not able to see the product. I want to bill the service without making a purchase.

  3. When I purchase or sale a product, in the search column all the items are not displayed with the particular letters or word. It shows only 5 items. Eg: I have total 20 books in the system and when I type BOOK in the search bar in purchase or sale or POS, it shows only 5 books. I want to see the entire items matching to the search word.

    Hello,

    1. All the data including the products. You can assign the warehouse to users while adding/editing them.

    2. The service products don’t need stock. Once you add the service product it should be available on pos to sell without purchase. Please test this on live demo.

    3. The default limit is 5. You can change the limit by editing the getProductNames method of app/models/admin/Sales_model.php

    Hi,

    1. Even after assigning a user to a warehouse he can see the products of other warehouses also. I dont want the user to see other warehouse products.

    Hello,

    As you I told you All the data including the products Products are not assigned to warehouse so they can see all the products.

    There is no such option to assign products to the user or warehouse.
