Please check your server's php error logs and let me know the error details so that I can suggest.

If you are not sure about server logs, you can enable app logs by changing the `log_threshold`to 1 in the `app/config/config.php` and then perform actions again. Lastly check the latest log file in the `app/logs/` folder.

What is your php version? Please use the SMA with php7.4 of php8.0 and set the `ENVIRONMENT` to `production` in `index.php`

If still the same after above, then please let me know the server detail in private reply to check.

i was able to sort the matter . just to take you slightly back though. when i click on a product and i want to see the details of the product especially transfers and stock adjustments , there seem to be an unending loop ...see the screen grab attached .

no error related to the products forms. .... you can log in , i have disabled the 2 factor authentication for now

this problem has resurfaced again two years later.

how do i upgrade to the latest version without breaking things ?
