I am unclear about how to impliment this step, the directions are a bit confusing. We have a VPS and full cpanel access to the server and not sure why we would need to use phpmyadmin? Any help would be appreciated.

The update process is manual and step 8 is to import the database changes to your database.

You can search cPenal for phpmyadmin and then select the data and import file `files/db_updates/3.4.44.sql`
