Hello I recently purchased your plugin
I uploaded the extracted file to a folder named forum in my file manager So i tried to to insalll it but am getting this error below
Oops! An Error Occurred The server returned a “404 Not Found”. Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
How can i fix this

@Mian Saleem my website is not wordpress multi site The other shared hosting test domain is not nginx but apache, the php is on 8.2 which i rpovided the ftp details but you said you cannot work with ftp just cpanel to that The requirement which you mentioned above meets it and it doesent work I have created two testing domains which one is a vps and the other is on a shared hosting with apache But none worked I will be doing a screenrecord for you to see it yourself

I am not sure then. The server details your provided has vHost tab and it’s nginx config. If you are using Apache then the
.htaccessshould redirect the traffic of forum folder to public folder. Did you try to install it on subdomain?The log you share is from different domain 😦 I am not sure, But as you said that your web server is apache and it’s not Wordpress multi-site as vhost tab showing then I will try to check this again tomorrow morning.

The error is not clear. Can you please check the
.envfile. Sometime theAPP_KEYgenerated twice. If so, you can manually set it.It should look like
APP_KEY=base64:I8N4iDBHAiufhPF72mcKqZBFqjX+WZNkg8eWeQ6vCdM=If the key is already correct, then I will need server details to check and suggest.

Yes, the installation was completed but as the key was set wrong the request failed to send to the forum. I will check the installer for key issues.
No, you don’t have to as the forum is loading.
