When i create a transfer and when i try to "complete" the transfer , its goes to a blank page and transfer will not happen . what is the reason ? also i cannot delete the transfer. please provide the solution sooner.

Please check your php error logs for error details and let me know so that I can suggest.
If you are not sure about server errors, please enable app logs by changing the `log_threshold` to 1 in the `app/config/config.php` and try the action again to produce errors. Lastly check the latest log file in the `app/logs/` folder.
