Hi, I have purchased a license last May 11, 2020 and I install it on a subdirectory of my domain, may i ask if i can transfer it on the domain but just a subdomain of that domain...the domain is " www.booleansolutionsenterprises.com/phicinventory " and i want to transfer it to phicinv.booleansolutionsenterprises.com..is it possible?

Yes, you need to add subdomain with path to the `phicinventory` and then update your `base_url` in the `app/config/config.php` file. As you are on same server, no other change will be required. Documentation has a FAQ about this.
