Hello support I have stranger issue , few days ago, I have problem with server sometimes up and down,this cause staff account mixed, when staff A login see welcome staff C and able to manage sales, product etc. of staff C but after shifting to another servers , still staff login mixed each other, and warehouses, sometimes user A login see welcome user C and see the items of warehouse of user C may I know what is problem please? This cause stranger issue in business . Please help as emergency.

    I don't believe in sometimes. There must be some reasons and there is no possibility to login as different user. Please pay good attention, there must be some specific reason or step to replicate. I can't check servers for you. I can only have look at site. Request server check would be useful at this time. Once you have the details you can open support ticket. Thanks

    Sorry sir maybe which server details? I already talk to server support, I give them root access and check, I give also the PDF documentation of this system and said server it's okay. They said this is 3rd part system so their no idea . I come to you as a developer you know in-out of this system . I gave cpanel login maybe you can see in session table or anywhere or you can set any debug state and see if their some where need enable/disabled in server.

    I stand between ,no where to go now if you can't help me, server support said is okay, so where can I go now ? and this issue happen into 3 different clients with same case. Please help with one heart if need to pay we ca discuss .

    Dear you need to understand that there is no way for me to test. What does sometimes means and how can I bring that sometime in to action? There is no change so such issue unless the database state changed. I have never listen these type of issue before this is first time and I can't think of any situation except database changes.

    I have already told you every thing about session and login. I can't keep checking the installation for that sometime to happen and even happen that will be clue less. If you want us to check cPanel or server that will require a support ticket costing $10 and I am quite sure that won't bring any changes.

    I am nor sure, but you can try to change the session driver to file in `app/config/config.php` by changing the `sess_driver` to `file` and `sess_save_path` to the `path/to/sessions/folder`
