Special characters appearing in receipt

When my receipt is printed, some special character appear in it where the price is displayed. Same thing also happens in the product detail. I can't seem to figure out why this is happening. Can you help out? I have attached a screenshot

I am not sure but for some reason product cost & price is not saved properly. Please edit the product to update cost & price then test again.
