Hello,
Every time when I try to create an user, the email has not been sent, I get a message like SMTP Error: Could not connect to smtp host. But I have given smtp credentials correctly.

You can find the gmail smtp settings at https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7126229?hl=en#zippy=%2Cstep-change-smtp-other-settings-in-your-email-client
Please generate app password for your account to be used with smtp.
