Hi,
is there a way to reduce the layout and font size for the PDF invoices/estimates?
Our problem is that only 3 product items can fit on one page, then it starts a new page already, using multiple papers just to print one invoice or estimate with 3-7 items.

There is no option from system but you can modify the view file `themes/default/admin/views/sales/pdf.php` as you need.
