Our Receipt must be print in Arabic lang. The problem we do have is that the Arabic word characters are not sorted correctly and leads to non-Valid meaning and it does not show from Right to Left. We are using Epson TM-T88V
You can see in the attached a screenshot showing correct layout and the other attachment is the printed receipt with wrong layout/characters.
What should we do to have the correct Arabic receipt print out ?

Only English language is supported as text. Please update you printing settings and change send as to image.

1- We applied your suggestion and changed print receipt to print image… Then 2- On receipt preview screen we click on “Print” button, but unfortunately it does not work … nothing happen !! 3- We select Print from File menu, then the print dialog showed up and print done.
So, the suggested solution early not valid and another issue happen as described in the steps above.

Hello,
The sent as image is only for PHP Server and POS Print Server. If you are using web browser option, the receipt should be print fine. Please try to run the SimplePOS as admin and then try PHP Server again.
As I see, you have printed the receipt with browser option and receipt paper looks like smaller than 80mm and lines are broken. I will try to add the option to set the font size in future updates.

I already selected the PHP Server (only for LAN/Localhost/Desktop) to sent as image. But when I press the Print button in the bill display screen, I notice that it does not work! Then, I tried the Print command from the File menu … Surprisingly, it printed.
Please provide us with a suitable solution.

Can you print as text? If yes, then the image should work fine too.
Please take screenshot of the following pages
- Printer shared properties (need to check shared name)
- Add/edit Printer where you used the shared printer name
- Printing settings
The print from file sends print as html while the PHP Server raw print by php. There might be some error or config that causing the issue. Please let send the above so that I can check.
