Dear Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing while using the Stock Manager Advance with Shop Cart API application.

I am currently unable to access the product page, the product cart, and the checkout page from the API website. Whenever I try to access these pages, I receive the following error message: “Object Not Found! The requested URL could not be found on this server. The reference on the cited page appears to be erroneous or outdated. Please inform the author of this page about the error. If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster. Error 404”.

However, I would like to mention that the homepage displays correctly, showing the featured products, and the dashboard is functioning properly.

I have double-checked the installation instructions step by step. I have also tried accessing the pages from different browsers and devices, but the problem persists.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please investigate this matter and provide me with instructions on how to successfully access the product pages, the product cart, and the checkout page?

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you have uploaded the .htaccess folder and mod_rewrite is enabled and configured to use .htaccess file from site directory.

    Please try to upload the file again. If you can’t manage, please share the server details in private reply so that I can check for you.
