I tried to add products using a scanner, it does input product code, but it doesnt add them into the dashboard list. also if i type in the code same thing. but if i type half of the product code it automatically add it. please help me fix the issue. Thank you

Hello,
What scanner are you using. The scanners fire the keypress/up/down events or send the return/enter key that SMA listens and check for the items. Almost all scanners do this unless some camera related scanner app on phone.
If you manually type that mean the events are fired by keyboard and listen by the SMA to add products but that’s not the case for your scanner, I am not sure if you can configure but if scanner can’t fire key events then it must send the enter/return after typing the product code.

I tested the the scanner on your demo pos, and its working fine. in my case its only working if i type part of the product code only. If i type full product code, like copy code and past it in the search, it will not add the product. same thing with the scanner, as it input the code fully. shall i share admin and pass and you check please?

The demo and your installation should work same. Do you product codes has dash
-if yes then please update setting to use the barcode separator something other than dash.Please share the installation url with owner account details so that I can have a look.
