I want to ask that is there a way that a customer can return the product, because I cannot see any option?

- MSAnsweredWhy don't you add return from admin area? Sales action on list sales page has the option for return. If you want to add to shop, you will need to add the method to shop controller and new view file. Then handle the submit in same method or add new as you like. Thank you
- MAAnsweredActually the problem is that if the customer wants to return a product how he can contact us other than email id. I know there is a return item option but it can be used when I will know the customer wants to return the specific item.
