Returns didn’t appear in “Returns list” and in Reports>Profit and/or loss> Return.
A) Why returns didn’t appear in Reports>Profit and/or loss

If you add return from list sales page that will be directly attached to the master sale and will be displayed on list sales not returns. Master sale will have all the return details too and this return will be automatically adjusted with sale.
If you add open return from main menu than only list returns page will display them.
