You can open new ticket to request installation.
WIMS required PHP8.1+ and MySQL 5.7.10+ The installation service fee is $20 and we will require 12 - 24 hours to perform installation. If there is any server related issue installation would take longer as we might ask you to check with your server admin about requirement or issue.
