Hello,
So you want to list all the items from a category separately with last check-in date and quantity. So I will add new button in the actions columns on the list categories page that will open new page that will list items of the selected category.

I want it appear on homepage, so no need to click many button to monitor stock.
For example have 10 category, then will appear 10 category with item list from this category.
If you ask this will cause slow loading because many list need load, so maybe can do dropdown category list, after select category will appear item list.

I got problem,
Example i have this check-in list: Check-In A - Date 24/09/2024 Check-In B - Date 25/09/2024
At homepage appear Last check-in B, but let say you edit check-in item A then save, at homepage appear date last check-in A. It should sort by date set, not last modified date.
