I buy new (second) license. I install and running process after end of process. But in end of process, choose finalize button, back again to start process. What the problem?

    Hello,

    Finalize button should update the env and send you to the forum unless some error occurred. Please check your server error logs and let me know the error retails so that I can suggest.

    Please mention the version number that you are trying to install.
