I have a product that I made two quantity adjustments on different dates, I have that product with quantity 1 in the list of products, when I want to sell this product by pos it tells me that the quantity is out of stock, because this happens with that product why can't i sell it?

Did you check the stock for the correct warehouse?
Please try to select the product on the list products page and then Sync Quantity from page menu. Let me know if it correct the quantity. Please post full page screenshots of the issue too.
