The Unit price appears incorrect in adding sales, let's say the actual product price is 1730 in the product list, but it appears in add sale as 1903.

The price for customer depends on customer groups and price groups. If you have not assigned those then please share the full page screenshots and let me know the step to reproduce the issue.
