Please provide SimplePOS (Windows Installer) database. The shared one doesn’t seems to be for Windows Installer but web version. You can post on correct item if the issue is with web version not windows installer.

You have asked question for SimplePOS (Windows Installer) There is no linux version available.

If you are asking for Simple POS - Point of Sale Made Easy then you should be asking at support here

Anyway, please check that your MySQL only_full_group_by is disabled as that can cause such issue for web version.
