Hello, I am registering my products, using images with dimensions 500x500 and I am having problems. On the sales site the image does not appear, but the POS normally shows what I do to appear in the shop. Check out the attached images

The people of the being said that the problem is not on the server, you say it is and I am not sure what to do ... I just need someone to solve my problem :( - MSAnsweredYou are the first one having such issue. I never listen this before that images are showing fine in POS but not on SHOP. The images are from public assets folder and should display but as you having 403, I suspect the owner or file permission is causing the issue.
I am not server admin but I can try to check your server.
