it is a solution and this with the receipt but the receipt states the price on it so if a customer buys a product that he wants to give as a gift he should also have a change card so that if the final recipient wants to change it he can come in the store and by giving the card to the cashier together with the product, the cashier scans the card with the barcode and so he sees if the product is from our store and he sees the order in order to proceed with the change. Another solution would be to edit the receipt template or the template of the middle order button next to the cash button at the bottom of the pos. Which files should I edit?

There is no option as you need. The order print is generate with javascript in `themes/default/admin/assets/pos/js/pos.ajax.js` file.
