Hi,

Today we add our first entry in our system and we find a problem. We did a check-in with 4 items and the system only show 3 of them in “List all check-ins”. (capture_00, capture_01)

If I check “List all items” I can’t see the inventory I added (0 items in all warehouse capture_00). If I check the details I see items but not the amount I put in the check-in. (check capture_01, and compare it with capture_04) 1562 units vs 3124… I think the system mix the numbers I add, dont know how and why but mixed it.

BUGS:

  • related to “variants”. I create a item, and updated the name of the variants, and I see duplicate (old with new ones) check image capture_05 and 06, include 2 variants, but in the item I only have one. I deleted the other (and still show it). Don’t know if this is a feature.

  • When I enter in “list all items” and click in one item the barcode load perfectly (and its the correct one), but when I load another one, the barcode is from the first I loaded. (image 07 and 08).

I will be updating this with more bugs I find.

Please let me know how to fix this, is critical for a inventory system to make the right count of items.

    Hello,

    I have checked. I can only replicate the barcode issue. I will fix this soon.

    I am not able to replicate/reproduce the first and second issue.

    1. I have tried to add different number of item to check in and didn’t find issue. If you can let me know the steps that would be grate.
    2. I have edit the products to change variants and couldn’t find any duplication. I tried to add and remove new variants with options. I will need more details here to rectify the issue.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer.

    The first issue you can check it in my installation, the password is still the same as you setup it. I attached the capture of each step to confirm the issue in my installation. Don’t know if you check it in my server, maybe I have a bugged installation?

    1. You can login in my installation and see the duplicate of variants. Go to items > show all items and search for product code: S9VENTA you will find more variants options that what I setup in the item directly (you can try to edit it to see the variants.
