Problem With Add Module

I have this error when I try to add the module, I am following the step by step guide and I have tried with different versions of linux, in the error log there is no error. what should I do?

Hello,

Please make sure that your php server user (mostly `www-data`) has the right to write the files/folders. You can check wiht your server admin too.
