Hello, I have uploaded the script to my server. Exactly according to the instructions. When I type /install after my website address, and can see the requirement page but if i click next but nothing happen. can you please help me? thank you

I can’t see the url so I am not sure you are installing on domain/subdomain or in directory?
Please always share full screenshots. If you can share the installation url, server details and purchase code in private reply, I can you check.
You can add private reply by enabling the
PRIVATE for Staff onlyat the top right of reply section.Thank you

Please install with proper domain and enable mod_rewrite. You should be able to access the installer without
index.phpIf you are not sure, please check with your server admin.
