If it supports ESC POS Commands, you should add to SimplePOS after it is installed on the machine. Please post with screenshot so it will be easy to understand.

My problem is : i cant find any printer from POS setting . i use EPSON TM-2011

im already install driver … make it as default printer but same issue . kindly can you help me from AnyDisk or Teamviewer pls ?

Hello,

Once you have installed the printer, you just need to share it with etm2011 or any name below 9 chars and alpha-numeric only.

Then use that shared printer name to add printer to SimplePOS and lastly select the PHP server with printer in system settings.

We can’t access or help remotely. You can take the screenshots of the

1. shared printer properties (where we can see the shared printer name)
2. The add printer and list printers pages
3. Printing section of the settings.
