Please let me know how your printer model? Does it support ESC/POS commands?
If it's use, you can share it with any alpha-numeric name below 9 characters/letters and use this shared name as printer path while adding to SimplePOS.
The characters per line should be mentioned in your printer manual or you can try 42 default.
If your printer interface is network, then you should have IP and port in your printer manual.
Let me know your printer model and the field that you don't understand.
